Hedingham Castle will revive famous vintage car exhibition
A VENUE has announced the return of an automotive event that draws crowds after it was canceled due to the pandemic.
Hedingham Castle will host its classic and vintage car show this summer on Sunday 22 August.
The event will return to the castle grounds after being deleted last year.
The Chateau says this year’s show will feature a range of vehicles ranging from vintage to modern classics.
A spokesperson for the castle said: “This year’s exhibition will showcase a wide range of vintage, pre-1940s, classic and modern classic vehicles, set against the beautiful backdrop of the 900-year-old Norman keep and in the beautiful historic park of the Hedingham Estate.
“Spectators can spend a day and enjoy a delicious lunch from a selection of local vendors, including Mac Street Kitchen, which serves delicious macaroni and cheese dishes from their vintage Bedford ambulance.
“Other stands include custom picture posters, luxury felted fleeces, vintage car rentals and more.
“A professional photographer will provide the opportunity to capture the iconic vehicles in front of the iconic Hedingham Castle, and there is also a sculpture garden to enjoy, showcasing large-scale works of art stationed in picturesque locations within the park. , exclusively exhibited for the summer only.
The gates of the castle will open at 10 a.m.
