Old cars we would buy: 1983 Mazda RX7

OK, we wouldn’t know if we’d actually buy this, but we’d go watch it just to see how cool the interior of this barn is. And to see what an ’83 RX7 looks like after being parked for 12 years and becoming a true “barn find”.

This Craigslist ad is from Bowling Green, Ky., and doesn’t tell us much, other than this cool car “ran when parked.” Of course, we wonder why someone parked it and forgot about it?

Whatever the reason, the asking price is just $3,995, which seems like a pretty modest investment for a car you could really have fun with if you could run it and drive it.

In the 80s, we really wanted one, but we couldn’t afford it. At least this one is affordable.

*Looks like we weren’t the only ones buying this… The seller has already closed the ad (while I was posting the item). We’re guessing someone brought this precious Mazda home with a lot.
